Ingredients:
- Aalo (Potatoes) peeled & boiled ½ kg
- Breadcrumbs 1 Cup
- Cornflour 3 tbs
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 & ½ tsp
- Chicken powder 1 tbs
- Amchor powder (Dried mango powder) 1 tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tbs
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Anda (Egg) 1
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
- Fresh parsley chopped or herb of your choice 2-3 tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 tbs
- Dried parsley ½ tbs
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Water 3 tbs or as required
- Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
- Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
In a bowl,add potatoes and mash well with the help of the masher.
Add breadcrumbs,cornflour,cumin seeds,chicken powder,dried mango powder,red chili powder,garlic powder,black pepper powder,salt,egg,onion,fresh parsley and mix until well combined,cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Grease hands with oil,take a mixture (75g) and make a ball,flatten and make a shape of donuts.
In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,dried parsley,paprika powder,salt,gradually add water and whisk well to make a paste.
Add eggs and whisk well.
Now dip into prepared batter and coat with breadcrumbs (makes 10-12).
In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry donuts on medium flame until golden brown.
Drizzle cheese sauce,fresh parsley & serve!

Breadcrumbs,cornflour,zeera,chicken powder,dried mango powder,lal mirch powder,lehsan powder, kali mirch powder,namak,anda,pyaz aur fresh parsley dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur dhak ker 10 minutes kliya chor dein.
Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture (75g) la ker ball bana lein aur flat ker ka donuts ki shape bana lein.
Bowl mein maida,dried parsley,paprika powder,namak aur thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur whisk ker ka paste tayyar ker lein.
Anday dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Ab tayyar batter mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein (makes 10-12).
Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur donuts ko darmiyani ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Cheese sauce drizzle karein aur fresh parsley dal ker serve karein!
