-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese grated 120g

-Olper’s Cheddar cheese grated 120g

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp

-Pickled jalapeno chopped 4 tbs

-Beef qeema (Mince) lean 500g

-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs

-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Paprika powder ½ tsp

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp

-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp

-Breadcrumbs 4 tbs

-Anda (Egg) 1

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful

-Cooking oil for frying



-In a bowl,add mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,red chilli crushed,pickled jalapeno & mix well.

-Take small quantity of mixture (25-30g),make small patties & set aside.

-In a bowl,add beef mince,ginger garlic paste,pink salt,paprika powder,black pepper powder,cumin powder,breadcrumbs,egg,fresh coriander & mix until well combined & marinate for 30 minutes.

-Take small quantity of mixture (60g) & spread it on your palm,place cheese jalapeno patty & cover properly to make kabab of equal sizes.

-In a frying pan,heat cooking oil & shallow fry kababs on low flame from both sides until golden brown (makes 8-10) & serve!
