Ingredients:
Prepare Ranch Sauce:
-Cream ¾ Cup (room temperature)
-Lemon juice 3 tbs
-Mayonnaise ¾ Cup
-Onion powder ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Dried parsley 1 & ½ tsp
-Dill (Soya) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Water 3-4 tbs
Prepare Chicken Kabab:
-Boneless chicken cubes 750g
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
-Lehsan (Garlic) 4-5 cloves
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Bread slice 1 large
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) rings
-Pita bread
-Red chilli slices
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
Prepare Ranch Sauce:
-In a bowl,add cream,lemon juice & whisk well for 30 seconds.Sour cream is ready.
-Add mayonnaise,onion powder,black pepper powder,pink salt,garlic powder,dried parsley,dill & mix well.
-Add water &mix well.Ranch sauce is ready!
Prepare Chicken Kabab:
-In a chopper,add chicken,green chillies,garlic,fresh coriander,lemon juice,bread slice,red chilli powder, cumin powder,white pepper powder,black pepper powder,prepared ranch sauce (2-3 tbs),pink salt & chop well.
-Grease hands with oil,take small quantity (60g) of mixture & make kababs of equal sizes (makes 13).
-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 month in freezer.
-On cast iron griddle,add cooking oil & fry kababs on low flame from all sides until golden.
-Heat cast iron sizzler plate directly on stove.
-Add onion rings,fried kababs,pita bread & pour prepared ranch sauce.
-Garnish with red chilli,fresh coriander & serve!

-Mayonnaise,onion powder,akli mirch powder,pink salt,lehsan powder,dried parsley aur soya dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.Ranch sauce tayyar hai.
Prepare Chicken Kabab:
-Chopper mein chicken,hari mirchein,lehsan,hara dhania,lemon juice,bread slice,lal mirch powder,zeera powder,safed mirch powder,kali mirch powder,tayyar ranch sauce (2-3 tbs) aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
-Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture ki small quantity (60g) la ker ek jaisay sizes kabab bana lein (makes 13).
-Airtight container mein dal ker 1 month kliya freezer mein store ker saktay han.
-Cast iron pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur kabab ko halki ancch per tamam sides sa golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Cast iron pan ko chulhay per garam ker lein.
-Pyaz rings,fried kababs,pita bread & tayyar ranch sauce dal dein.
-Red chilli aur hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
