Ingredients:

-Pyaz (Onion) 2 medium

-Lehsan (Garlic) 5-6 cloves

-Adrak (Ginger) 2-inch piece

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 5-6

-Kaju (Cashew nuts) 8-10

-Water 1 Cup

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful

-Cooking oil ½ Cup or as required

-Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1

-Tez patta (Bay leaf) 1

-Laung (Cloves) 2

-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-4

-Beef qeema (Beef mince) 500g

-Water ½ Cup or as required

-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs

-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp

-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tbs

-Garam masala powder ½ tsp

-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 Cup

-Cream 3 tbs

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) ½ tsp

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-3

-Adrak (Ginger) julienne

-Koyla (Charcoal)

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

-Adrak (Ginger) julienne

 

Directions:

-In a saucepan,add onion,garlic,ginger,green chillies,cashew nuts,water,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.

-Let it cool.

-In a blending jar,add boiled mixture,fresh coriander,blend well & set aside.

-In a wok,add cooking oil,cinnamon stick,bay leaf,cloves,green cardamom & mix well.

-Add beef mince & mix well until it changes color.

-Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up.

-Add blended paste & mix well.

-Add coriander powder,pink salt,black pepper powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder,mix well & cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.

-On low flame,add yogurt,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.

-Turn off the flame,add cream & mix well,turn on the flame & cook for 1-2 minutes.

-Add fresh coriander,dried fenugreek leaves,green chillies,ginger,cover & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

-Turn off the flame.

-Give coal smoke for 2 minutes.

-Garnish with fresh coriander,ginger & serve with naan!
