Ingredients:
-Gond (Edible gum) 2 tsp
-Water as required
-Tukhme balanga (Basil seeds) 2 tbs
-Water as required
-Khoya 50g
-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) crushed 1 tsp
-Sugar ½ Cup
-Badam (Almond) sliced ¼ Cup
-Custard powder 2 & ½ tbs
-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
-Ice cubes as required
-Pista (Pistachio) sliced
-Badam (Almonds) sliced
Direction:
-In a bowl,add edible gum,water & mix well,cover & soak for 8 hours or overnight.
-In a bowl,add water,basil seeds,mix well & soak for 30 minutes.
-In a wok,add khoya & cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes & set aside.
-In a wok,milk,green cardamom,sugar,almond,mix well,bring it to boil & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes & mix continuously.
-Add cooked khoya,mix well & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-In a bowl,add custard powder,milk & mix well.
-Now add dissolved custard in boiling milk,mix well & cook on medium flame until it thickens.
-Let it cool while whisking.
-Now add soaked basil seeds,soaked edible gum & whisk until well combined.
-Add ice cubes & mix well.
-In a glass,add ice cubes,pour rabri milk & garnish with pistachio & almond.
-Serve chilled!

-Bowl mein gond aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 8 hours or overnight kliya soak ker lein.
-Bowl mein pani aur tukhme balanga dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 30 minutes kliya soak ker lein.
-Karahi mein khoya dal dein aur halki ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein doodh,elaichi,cheeni aur badam dal mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein aur musalsal mix kertay rahein.
-Cooked khoya dal ker ache tarhna mix karein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Bowl mein custard powder aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab dissolved custard ko boiling milk mein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein.
-Whisk kertay hoye thanda ker lein.
-Ab soaked tukhme balanga aur soaked gond dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Ice cubes dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Glass mein ice cubes aur rabri milk dal dein,pista aur badam sa garnish ker lein.
-Thanda serve karein!
