This is how to make famous Arabic Champagne also known as saudi champagne at home. The method is very simple with a way of infusing the juices of fruit to elevate the taste. Ingredients:
-Red apple sliced & deseeded 1 medium
-Orange sliced 1 large
-Lemon 2 sliced
-Podina (Mint leaves) 18-20
-Golden apple sliced & deseeded 1 medium
-Lime sliced 1 medium
-Apple juice 1 litre
-Lemon juice 3-4 tbs
-Ice cubes as required
-Sparkling water 1.5 -2 litres Substitute: Soda water
Directions:
-In a cooler,add red apple,orange,lemon,mint leaves,golden apple,lime,apple juice,lemon juice & mix well,cover & refrigerate until chilled or serving.
-Just before serving,add ice cubes,sparkling water & stir well.
-Serve chilled!
