Ingredients:
- Aam (Mango) cubes 250g
- Pakola Full cream Milk 1 & ½ Litre
- Cream 3-4 tbs or as required
- Elaichi powder (cardamom powder) ½ tsp
- Badam (Almonds) chopped 14-15
- Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
- Yellow food color 1-2 drops (optional)
- Mango jelly cubes
- Badam (Almonds) sliced
Directions:
In blender jug,add mango and blend to make puree & set aside.
In a wok,add milk and bring it to boil and cook on medium flame for 7-8 minutes.
Turn off the flame,add cream and whisk well.
Turn on the flame,add mango puree,whisk well and cook for a minute.
Add cardamom powder,almonds,sugar,yellow food color,mix well and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Let it cool.
In serving bottle,add mango jelly cubes,prepared milk and almonds.
Refrigerate until chilled (3-4 hours) & serve!

Blender jug mein aam dal dein aur ache tarhan blend ker ka puree tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Karahi mein doodh dal ker ubal lein aur darmiyani ancch per 7-8 minutes kliya paka lein.
Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Chulha on karein aur mango puree dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
Elaichi powder,badam,cheeni aur yellow food color dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Thanda ker lein.
Serving bottle mein mango jelly cubes,tayyar doodh aur badam dal dein.
3-4 hours kliya refrigerator mein thanda ker lein & serve karein.
