  • Aam (Mango) cubes 250g
  • Pakola Full cream Milk 1 & ½ Litre
  • Cream 3-4 tbs or as required
  • Elaichi powder (cardamom powder) ½ tsp
  • Badam (Almonds) chopped 14-15
  • Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
  • Yellow food color 1-2 drops (optional)
  • Mango jelly cubes
  • Badam (Almonds) sliced  


In blender jug,add mango and blend to make puree & set aside.

In a wok,add milk and bring it to boil and cook on medium flame for 7-8 minutes.

Turn off the flame,add cream and whisk well.

Turn on the flame,add mango puree,whisk well and cook for a minute.

Add cardamom powder,almonds,sugar,yellow food color,mix well and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

Let it cool.

In serving bottle,add mango jelly cubes,prepared milk and almonds.

Refrigerate until chilled (3-4 hours) & serve!
