Ingredients:

Dates & Almond Shake

-Khajure (Dates) deseeded 10-12

-Badam (Almonds) 9-10

-Doodh (Milk) 2 & ½ Cups

-Honey 1-2 tbs or to taste

-Ice cream vanilla flavor 2 scoops

-Ice crushed

-Badam (Almonds) sliced

Apricot Shake

-Dried apricots deseeded 10-12 (soaked overnight)

-Doodh (Milk) 2 & ½ Cups

-Honey 1-2 tbs or to taste

-Ice cream vanilla flavor 2 scoops

-Ice crushed

-Dried apricots chopped

 

Directions:

Dates & Almond Shake

-In blender jug,add dates,almonds,milk,honey,ice cream,ice and blend well.

-Garnish with almonds & serve!

-Serves 2
