  • Milk powder 1 & ½ Cup
  • Laung (Cloves) 4-5
  • Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 7-8
  • Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1
  • Badiyan ka phool (Star anise) 2 blades
  • Adrak powder (Ginger powder) 1 tbs
  • Gurr (Jaggery) ¾ Cup or to taste
  • Chai ki patti (Tea leaves) ½ Cup
  • Hot water 1 Cup



In blender,add milk powder,cloves,green cardamom,cinnamon stick,star anise,ginger powder, jaggery,tea leaves & grind well.

On a bowl,place sifter,sift the mixture & let it rest for 5-10 minutes to remove its moisture.

Can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 1 month (shelf life).

Yield: approx. 350g

In a jug,add instant gurr masala chai mix (2 tbs),hot water (1 Cup) & mix well,cover & let it rest for a minute,strain & serve!
