Ingredients:

Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

  • Ice cubes 6-8
  • Banana 2 large
  • Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
  • Peanut butter 2 tbs
  • Horlicks chocolate powder 2 tbs
  • Shahad (Honey) 2 tbs or to taste

Almonds & Dates Smoothie

  • Khajure (Dates) soft & deseeded 8-10
  • Instant oats 3-4 tbs
  • Badam (Almonds) crushed 19-20
  • Shahad (Honey) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
  • Ice cubes 6-8
  • Horlicks classic malt powder 2 tbs

Directions:

In blender jar,add ice cubes,banana,yogurt,peanut butter,horlicks chocolate powder,honey & blend until smooth.

Almonds & Dates Smoothie

In blender jar,add dates,instant oats,almonds,honey,milk,ice cubes,horlicks malt powder & blend until smooth.
