Banana 2 large
Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
Peanut butter 2 tbs
Horlicks chocolate powder 2 tbs
Shahad (Honey) 2 tbs or to taste
Almonds & Dates Smoothie
Khajure (Dates) soft & deseeded 8-10
Instant oats 3-4 tbs
Badam (Almonds) crushed 19-20
Shahad (Honey) ½ tsp or to taste
Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
Ice cubes 6-8
Horlicks classic malt powder 2 tbs
Directions:
In blender jar,add ice cubes,banana,yogurt,peanut butter,horlicks chocolate powder,honey & blend until smooth.
Almonds & Dates Smoothie
In blender jar,add dates,instant oats,almonds,honey,milk,ice cubes,horlicks malt powder & blend until smooth.
