Roasted Milk Tea with Gurr

We Decided to give our own desi twist to this viral recipe. We made it with desi gurr and it actually tastes really good. Try it for yourself. #happyCookingToYou #FoodFusion

-Chai ki patti (Tea leaves) 2-3 tbs

-Gurr (Jaggery) 4 tbs or to taste

-Water 1-2 tbs

-Doodh (Milk) 2-3 Cups



-In a saucepan,add tea leaves & roast tea leaves on low flame for 1-2 minutes.

-Add jaggery,mix well & cook on low flame until jaggery melts (2-3 minutes).

-Add water & mix well.

-Add milk & mix well,bring it to boil & cook until desired color.

-Strain & serve hot!
