Ingredients:

Dates & Banana Smoothie:

  • Khajure (Dates) 4-5
  • Banana 2
  • Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
  • Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
  • Darchini powder (Cardamom powder) 2 pinches
  • Ice cubes

Figs & Dates Milk Shake:

  • Injeer (Figs) 6-7
  • Khajure (Dates) 6-7
  • Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups
  • Ice cubes

Directions:

Dates & Banana Smoothie:

In blender jar,add dates (deseeded),banana,yogurt,milk,cinnamon powder,ice cubes and blend until well combined.

Add honey if required.

Serve chilled!

Serves 2

Figs & Dates Milk Shake:

In jug,add figs,dates (deseeded) and milk,mix and soak for 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator.

In blender,add soaked figs+dates+milk,ice cubes and blend until well combined.

Serve chilled!
