Ingredients:
Prepare Baisan Curry:
- Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
- Water 2 Cups or as required
- Besan (Gram flour) ½ Cup
- Coconut milk powder 50g
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 2 tbs
- Water 2 litre
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 1 tbs
- Kary patta (Curry leaves) 12-15
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
Prepare Kofta Curry:
- Cooking oil ½ Cup
- Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2-3
- Sabut Kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 10-11
- Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 large
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 2 medium
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & ½ tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs or to taste
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Tandoori masala 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ¼ Cup
- Mon salwa Chicken Kofta 18-20 pieces
- Water ½ Cup or as required
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
Assembling:
- Spaghetti (boiled as per pack’s instructions)
- Pyaz (Onion) fried
- Lehsan (Garlic) fried
- Spicy chips
- Chaat masala
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
Prepare Baisan Curry:
In a bowl,add yogurt and whisk well.
Add water and whisk well.
Add gram flour,coconut milk powder,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,green chilli and whisk well until combined.
Gradually add water,whisk well & set aside.
In a pot,add cooking oil,cumin seeds,green chilli,curry leaves and fry for 1 minute.
Add gram flour mixture,mix well and bring it to boil & keep stirring in between.
Cover partially and cook on low flame until curry is thick (1 hour).
Add salt,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Kofta Curry:
In a wok,add cooking oil,green cardamom,black peppercorns,cinnamon stick,cumin seeds and mix well.
Add onion and sauté until translucent.
Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add tomatoes and mix well.
Add coriander powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,tandoori masala,salt,mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
Add yogurt,mix well and cook until oil separates (approx. 4-5 minutes).
Add chicken kofta and mix well.
Add water and mix well.
Add garam masala powder and mix well,cover and cook on low flame until oil separates (18-20 minutes).
Assembling:
On a serving dish,add spaghetti,prepared gram flour curry,prepared kofta curry,fried onion,fried garlic, spicy chips,chaat masala,fresh coriander & serve!

Pani dal ker whisk ker lein.
Baisan,coconut milk powder,adrak lehsan paste,lal mirch powder,haldee powder aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker ka side per rakh dein.
Pot mein cooking oil,zeera,hari mirch aur kary patta dal ker ek minute kliya fry ker lein.
Baisan mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
Partially cover ker lein aur halki ancch per curry garhi ho janay tak paka lein (1 hour).
Namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Kofta Curry:
Karhai mein cooking oil,hari elaichi,sabut kali mirch,darchini aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pyaz dal dei aur translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Dhania powder,lal mirch powder.haldee powder,tandoori masala aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur oil alag hunay tak paka lein (approx. 4-5 minutes).
Chicken kofta dal ker mix ker lein.
Pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per oil alag hunay tak paka lein (18-20 minutes).
Assembling:
Serving plate mein spaghetti,tayyar baisan curry,tayyar kofta curry,fried pyaz,fried lehsan,spicy chips, chaat masala aur hara dhania dal ker serve karein!
