Ingredients:
- Besan (Gram flour) sifted 1 Cup
- Water 500ml
- Cooking oil 3 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 small
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp
- Curry patta (Curry leaves) 12-15
- Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed ½ tbs
- Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Water ½ Cup
- Water ½ Cup (if required)
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) julienne 1-2
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
- Makhan (Butter) 3-4 tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chilli)

Directions:
In a bowl,add gram flour,water,whisk well & set aside.
In a wok,add cooking oil,onion & sauté until translucent.
Add cumin seeds,curry leaves & mix well.
Add garlic paste,green chilli,turmeric powder & salt,mix well and cook for a minute.
Add water & mix well.
Add gram flour mixture,mix well & cook on low flame while whisking until it thickens (3-4 minutes).
Add water if required to adjust consistency & mix well.
Add green chilli,fresh coriander,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add butter and mix well.
Garnish with green chilli,fresh coriander,butter & serve immediately.

Bowl mein besan aur pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Karahi mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
Zeera aur curry patta dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Lehsan paste,hari mirch,haldi powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Besan mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur musalsal whisk kertay hoye halki ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (3-4 minutes).
Agar zarorat ho tou pani dal ker consistency ko adjust ker lein.
Hari mirch aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Makhan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Hari mirch,hara dhania aur makhan sa garnish ker ka immediately serve karein!
