Ingredients:
- Bread slice 1
- Doodh (Milk) 2-3 tbs
- Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tbs or to taste
- Sumac powder 1 & ½ tsp
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
- Dried mint ½ tbs
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
- Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tsp
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- All spices ½ tsp
- Fresh parsley chopped ¼ Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) grated & squeeze 1 medium
- Cooking oil for frying
Garlic Yogurt Sauce:
- Dahi (Yogurt) thick 1 Cup
- Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) ¼ tsp
- Sumac powder ½ tbs
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Lemon juice ½ tbs
- Olive oil 1 tbs
Directions:
Heat frying pan and toast bread slice from both sides until golden brown & set aside.
In chopper,add toasted bread slice,milk,chicken boneless cubes,red chili powder,sumac powder, coriander powder powder,dried mint,cumin powder,powder,garlic paste,black pepper crushed,salt,all spices and chop until well combined.
In bowl,add chicken mixture,fresh parsley,onion and mix until well combined.
Grease hand with oil,take a mixture and make kababs of equal sizes and insert skewer in it (makes 12).
In grill pan,add cooking oil and fry kababs from all sides until done.
For Garlic Yogurt Sauce:
In bowl,add yogurt,garlic paste,sumac powder,salt,lemon juice,olive oil and whisk well.

Chopper mein toasted bread slice,doodh,chicken boneless cubes,lal mirch powder,sumac powder, dhania powder,dried mint,zeera powder,lehsan paste,kali mirch crushed,namak aur all spices dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
Bowl mein chicken mixture,fresh parsley aur pyaz dal dein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Haath ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture ko la ker ek jaisay sizes ka kabab tayyar ker lein aur skewer per laga lein (makes 12).
Grill pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur kabab ko tamam sides sa fry ker lein.
