Ingredients:
- Anda (Egg) 1
- Mon salwa Plain paratha
- Milk chocolate
- Cooking oil 1 tsp
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tsp
Directions:
In a bowl,add egg,whisk well & set aside.
Take plain paratha,cut into triangle shape,make cuts in the center with the help of knife and cut the tip of other two pieces and cut a small slit into the middle of the dough & stretch the ends.
Apply egg wash & stack them on one another & press gently.
Place milk chocolate bar & fold the sides of dough covering the chocolate bar,apply egg wash and roll into croissant shape,press & seal the edges.
Grease baking pan with cooking oil & dust all-purpose flour.
Place prepared croissants on baking pan,apply egg wash & rest it for 15 minutes.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 25 minutes (both grill turn on).
Drizzle melted chocolate & serve!

Plain paratha lein aur triangle shape mein cut ker lein aur center mein knife ki madad sa cuts laga lein aur baqi do pieces ki tips cut ker lein aur dough ka middle mein small slit lage lein aur ends ko stretch ker lein.
Anda laga lein aur dough ko ek ka upper ek rakh dein aur gently press karein.
Milk chocolate bar rakh dein aur dough ki sides ko fold ker ka chocolate bar ko cover ker lein aur anda laga ker roll ker lein aur croissant ki shape bana lein aur press ker ka edges ko seal ker lein.
Baking pan ko cooking oil sa grease ker ka maida chirak dein.
Tayyar croissants ko baking pan mein rakh dein aur anda laga ker 15 minutes kliya chor dein.
Preheated oven mein 180 C per 25 minutes kliya bake ker lein (both grill turn on).
Melted chocolate drizzle ker ka serve karein!
