Cheesy & Sizzling Malai Boti on Tawa

Ingredients:

Prepare White Sauce:

  • Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
  • Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
  • Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup for thick sauce
  • Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ Cups for thin sauce
  • Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
  • Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tsp (optional)
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1/4 tsp
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
  • Chicken powder ½ tsp

Prepare Tawa Malai Boti:

  • Dahi (Yogurt) ½ Cup
  • Cream 3 tbs
  • Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 1 tsp
  • Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
  • -Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
  • Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Garam masala powder ½ tsp
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
  • Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
  • Cooking oil 1-2 tsp
  • Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
  • Mozzarella cheese grated as required
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
  • Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • Mozzarella cheese grated as required
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
  • Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed

Directions:

Prepare White Sauce:

In saucepan,add butter and let it melt.

Add all-purpose flour and mix well.

Add milk,salt,red chili crushed,black pepper crushed,fresh coriander,chicken powder,mix well and cook until sauce thickens & side aside.

Prepare Tawa Malai Boti:

In bowl,add yogurt,cream,green chili paste,ginger garlic paste,mustard powder,cumin powder,salt, garam masala powder,red chili powder,black pepper powder and whisk well.

Add chicken boneless cubes,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

Thread chicken boneless cubes into skewers.

Method 1: Tawa Malai Boti

On gridldle,add cooking oil and fry skewers from all sides until done (cover in between).

Give a charcoal smoke for 2 minutes.

Drizzle white sauce over fried chicken skewers,add mozzarella cheese,fresh coriander and red chili crushed,cover and cook until cheese melts (approx. 2-3 minutes).

Method 2: Sizzling Malai Boti

In frying pan,add cooking oil and fry chicken cubes from all sides until done (cover in between).

Give a charcoal smoke for 2 minutes.

Add mozzarella cheese,cover and cook until cheese melts (approx. 2 minutes).

Add white sauce,fresh coriander and red chili crushed & serve!
