Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 3 tbs
-Rai dana (Mustard seeds) 1 tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Curry patta (Curry leaves) 10-12
-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Phaliyan (French beans) 2 Cups (cut in 1-inch piece)
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder ¼ tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Dahi (Yogurt) thick & whisked 1 & ½-2 Cups
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) sliced
Directions:
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,curry leaves & mix well.
-Add garlic,onion,green chilli,mix well & sauté on medium flame until light golden.
-Add french beans,red chilli powder,pink salt,garam masala powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder, mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until tender (10-12 minutes) & check in between then cook on high flame until oil separates.
-Turn off the flame & rest for 4-5 minutes.
-Add yogurt & mix well.
-Garnish with fresh coriander,red chilli & serve with chapati!

-Frying pan mein cooking oil,rai dana,zeera aur curry patta dal ker ache sa mix ker lein.
-Lehsan,pyaz aur hari mirch dal kar ache se mix karein aur light golden ho janay tak darmiyani ancch per sauté karein.
-Phaliyan,lal mirch powder,pink salt,garam masala powder,zeera powder aur haldi powder dal kar ache se mix karein aur 1-2 minute tak paka lein.
-Pani dal ker achay sa mix karein aur dhak ker halki aanch par 10-12 minute tak ya sabzi naram hone tak paka lein (beech mein check karte rahein) phir tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur 4-5 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Dahi dal kar ache se mix karein.
-Hara dhania aur lal mirch se garnish ker lein aur chapati ka saath serve karein.
