Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken ½ kg
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 2-3
- Tandoori masala 2-3 tbs
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lemon powder ½ tsp substitute: Citric acid (Tatri) or Amchor powder (Khatai powder)
- Dried parsley 1 tsp
- Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
- Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup
- Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- Dried parsley 1 tsp
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 Cup
- Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
In a chopper,add chicken,green chillies & chop well.
Take out in a bowl,add tandoori masala,black pepper powder,garlic powder,salt,lemon powder,dried parsley,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & mix until well combined.
Grease hand with oil,take a small mixture (40g) and make a ball,place on working board & roll into finger shape with the help of palm.
In bread crumbs,add paprika powder,dried parsley,garlic powder & mix well.
Now coat fingers into all-purpose flour then dip into whisked egg and coat with breadcrumbs and roll again on working surface to maintain its shape (makes 14-15) and freeze for 30 minutes.
Can be stored in freezer for up to 1 month (zip lock bag).
In frying pan,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden brown.
Serve with dynamite sauce.

Bowl mein nikal lein,tandoori masala,kali mirch powder,lehsan powder,namak,lemon powder,dried parsley,cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Haath ko oil sa grease karein,chota mixture la ker ball bana lein (40g),working surface per rakh dein aur hateli ki madad sa finger ki shape bana lein.
Breadcrumbs mein paprika powder,dried parsley aur lehsan powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab fingers ko maida mein coat karein phir pheetay hoye anday mein dip ker ka breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein phir dubara working surface per rakh ker roll ker lein (makes 14-15) aur 30 minutes kliya freeze ker lein.
1 month kliya freezer meinm store ker saktay han (zip lock bag).
Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per godlen brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Dynamite sauce ka saath serve karein.
