Ingredients:
- Pyaz (Onion) 4 medium
- Aloo (Potatoes) 2 large
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) 2-3
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) ½ bunch
- Baisan (Gram flour) sifted 2 Cups
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
- Baking powder ½ tsp
- Tikka masala 1 tbs
- Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required
- Pani (Water) 1 tbs or as required
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
Cut onion into slices & set aside.
Peel & cut potatoes & set aside.
Chop green chillies,fresh coriander & set aside.
In bowl,add gram flour,cumin seeds,red chilli crushed,salt,baking powder,tikka masala and mix well.
Gradually add water and whisk until thick batter is formed.
Add potatoes,onion,fresh coriander,green chillies and mix well.
Add water and mix again.
In wok,heat cooking oil and fry on medium flame until done.

Pyaz ko slices mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Aloo ko peel ker ka cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Hari mirch aur hara dhania ko chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein baisan,zeera,lal mirch crushed,namak,baking powder aur tikka masala dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker ka thick batter tayyar ker lein.
Aloo,pyaz,hara dhania aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Pani dal ker dubara mix ker lein.
Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per fry ker lein.
