Tea Time Deep Dish Cookie

Ingredients:

-Digestive biscuit 200g

-Makhan (Butter) unsalted melted 30g

-Anda (Egg) whisked 1 large

-Doodh (Milk) 2 & ½ tbs

-Vanilla essence ¼ tsp

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch

-Chocolate chunks 80g

-Chocolate chunks

-Vanilla Ice cream 3 scoops

-Chocolate syrup

 

Directions:

-In a chopper,add digestive biscuits & process until finely crushed.

-Transfer to a bowl,add butter,egg,milk,vanilla essence,pink salt & mix until well combined.

-Add chocolate chunks & mix well.

-In a cast iron pan (7 inches),add & spread evenly prepared mixture & add chocolate chunks on top.

-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 15 minutes.

-Serve with ice cream & chocolate syrup!
