Place double boiler on low flame, add egg white and caster sugar, continuously stir approx.4-5 mins.
No sugar grains should remain.

Vanilla extract dal ker mix ker lein yahan tak texture smooth ho jaye.
Food color dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Plain sponge cake ko cake cutter ki madad sa bech mein sa cut ker lein,whipped cream dal ker pheela dein,us k upper cake ka dorsa piece rakh dein,swiss meringue butter cream dal ker cake knife ki madad sa cake per laga dein.
