Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Red bell pepper 1 large
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 4-5
-Sun-dried tomatoes ¼ Cup
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chillies) soaked & deseeded 2
-Badam (Almonds) soaked & peeled 18-20
-Fresh basil leaves handful
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Parmesan cheese powder 1 & ½ tbs
-Olive oil 5-6 tbs
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small
-Spiral pasta boiled with salt 300g
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Pasta water ¼ Cup or as required
-Cream 2 tbs (optional)
-Fresh basil leaves chopped
-Cherry tomato
-Fresh basil leaves
-Parmesan cheese powder
Directions:
-Grease frying pan with cooking oil.
-Add red bell pepper,garlic & roast for 4-5 minutes.
-Let it cool & set aside.
-In a blender,add sun-dried tomatoes,kashmiri red chillies,almonds,roasted capsicum & garlic,fresh basil leaves,pink salt,black pepper powder,parmesan cheese powder,olive oil,blend well & set aside.
-In a pot,add cooking oil,onion & sauté for a minute.
-Add prepared red pesto paste,mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Add water & mix well.
-Add boiled pasta & mix well.
-Add pasta water & mix well.
-Turn off the flame,add cream,turn on the flame & mix well.
-Add fresh basil leaves.
-Garnish with cherry tomato,fresh basil leaves,sprinkle parmesan cheese powder & serve!

-Pot mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal ker ek minute kliya sauté ker lein.
-Tayyar red pesto paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Boiled pasta dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pasta water dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal ker chulha on karein aur ache tarhan mix karein.
-Fresh basil leaves dal dein.
-Cherry tomato,fresh basil leaves aur parmesan cheese powder dal ker serve karein!
