Ingredients:
- Cream 3/4 Cup
- Lemon juice ½ tbs
- Doodh (Milk) 3 tbs
- Cooking Oil 2-3 tbs
- Beef qeema (Mince) lean 350g
- Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
- Cooking Oil 1-2 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup
- Mushrooms sliced ½ cup
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ tbs
- Yakhni (Stock) 1 & ½ cup
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tbs
- Mustard paste 1 tbs
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves
- Penne pasta 2 Cups (boiled as per pack’s instruction)

Directions:
In bowl,add cream,lemon juice and whisk well.
Add milk,whisk well and let it rest for 30 minutes.Sour cream is ready!
In frying pan,add cooking oil,beef mince and mix well until changes color and cook until dries up (approx. 25-30 minutes),keep mixing in between then take out in a bowl for later use.
In the same frying pan,add butter and cooking oil and let it melt.
Add onion and sauté until translucent.
Add mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add garlic and mix well.
Add all-purpose flour,mix well for a minute.
Add stock and mix well.
Now add cooked mince,salt,black pepper crushed,Worcestershire sauce,mustard paste and mix well.
Add prepared sour cream,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add green onion leaves and mix well.
Add boiled penne pasta and give it a good mix.
Garnish with green onion leaves & serve!

Frying pan mein cooking oil aur bef qeema dal ker rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein aur sukh janay tak paka lein (approx. 25-30 minutes),bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein aur bowl mein nikal lein.
Us he frying pan mein makhan aur cooking oil dal ker melt ker lein.
Pyaz dal ker translucent hunay tak saute ker lein.
Mushrooms dal ker 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Maida dal ker 1 minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Yakhni shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix karein.
Ab cooked qeema,namak,kali mirch crushed,Worcestershire sauce aur mustard paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Tayyar sour cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Hara pyaz leaves dal ker mix karein.
Boiled penne pasta dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Hara pyaz leaves sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
