Ingredients:
- Oil 2 tbs
- Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tsp
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small
- Chicken strips 350 gms
- Tandoori masala 1 tbs or to taste
- Mixed herbs 1 tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tsp or to taste
- Tomato paste 2-3 tbs
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Chicken stock ¾ Cup
- Penne pasta (boiled) 300 gms
Directions:
Boiled pasta according to package directions & set aside.
In pot,add oil,garlic paste and mix well.
Add onion and fry until translucent.
Add chicken strips,mix well and cook until chicken changes color.
Add tandoori masala,mixed herbs,red chili crushed and mix well.
Add tomato paste,lemon juice,chicken stock and mix well.
Add penne pasta and give it a good mix.
Cover and put it on simmer for 2 minutes & serve.

Pasta ko package directions ka mutabiq boil ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Pot mein oil aur garlic dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Pyaz dal ker translucent hunay tak fry ker lein.
Chicken strips dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur chicken ka rang tabdeel hunay tak paka lein.
Tandoori masala,mixed herbs aur lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Tomato paste,lemon juice aur chicken stock dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Penne pasta dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Dhak ker 2 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein & serve karein.
