  • Olive oil 3 tbs
  • Beef qeema (Beef mince) 250 gms
  • Pyaz (onion) chopped 1 large
  • Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) ½ tbs
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tbs or to taste
  • Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
  • Dried oregano 1 tsp
  • Tamatar (Tomatoes) 250 gms (blanched & grinded)
  • Tomato paste 1 tbs
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbs
  • Soy sauce 1 tbs
  • Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
  • Fresh basil leaves chopped ½ tbs
  • Elbow macaroni 200 gms (Boiled as per pack’s instructions)
  • Cheddar cheese grated 1 Cup or as required
  • Fresh basil leaves chopped


In pot,add olive oil,beef mince and mix well until changes color.

Add onion,garlic paste and mix well for 2 minutes.

Add red chili powder,salt,black pepper powder,dried oregano and mix well.

Add grinded tomatoes,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Add tomato paste,worcestershire sauce,soy sauce and mix well.

Add water,mix well and bring it to boil.

Add fresh basil leaves and mix.

Cover and cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes.

Add boiled elbow macaroni and give it a good mix.

Add cheddar cheese,fresh basil leaves,cover and cook on low flame until cheese melts (approx. 2-3 minutes).
