Ingredients:
-Potato starch ⅓ Cup (heaped) 65g
-Anda (Egg) 1 large (50g)
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Boiling Water 1 litre or as required
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 1 tsp
-Boneless chicken cubes 150g
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed to taste (Optional)
-Chicken powder 2 tsp
-Onion powder ¼ tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder ¼ tsp
-Dried parsley½ tsp
-Gajar (Carrot) finely diced 2 tbs
-Water 2 Cups
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves, chopped 2 tbs

Direction:
-In a bowl, add potato starch, egg, and pink salt; whisk well, then transfer it to a piping bag.
-In boiling water, add cooking oil, then pipe out the noodle mixture with the help of a piping bag.
-Cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes, then strain & wash thoroughly with water to stop cooking.
-In a wok, add cooking oil and heat it.
-Add garlic; sauté on medium flame until fragrant.
-Add boneless chicken, mix well, and cook on medium flame
-Add crushed red chilli, chicken powder, onion powder, crushed black pepper, pink salt, paprika powder, dried parsley, carrot; mix well, and cook on medium flame for 1 minute.
-Add water, bring it to a boil, cover & cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.
-Remove the cover, mix well, add the prepared noodles, and cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Add spring onion & serve!
