Ingredients:

-Sukhi lal mirch (Dried red chillies) 4-5

-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chillies) 2

-Hot water 1 Cup

-Curry patta (Curry leaves) 10-12

-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium

-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 8-10

-Adrak (Ginger) sliced 2-inch piece

-Saunf (Fennel seeds) 1 & ½ tsp

-Water ¼ Cup

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp

-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp

-Garam masala powder 1 & ½ tsp

-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp

-Lemon juice 1 tbs

-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) ¼ Cup

-Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) 2 tbs

-Cornflour 2 tbs

-Water 1-2 tbs

-Chicken mix boti 1 kg

-Cooking oil for frying

-Curry patta (Curry leaves) 10-12

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4-5

Direction:

-In a bowl, add dried red chillies, dried kashmiri red chillies, hot water, mix well & soak for 15 minutes.

-In a blending jug, add soaked chillies, curry leaves, onion, garlic, ginger, fennel seeds, water & blend well.

-In a flat bowl, add prepared chilli paste, pink salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, lemon juice & whisk well.

-In a bowl, add desiccated coconut & 1 tbs of prepared marinade, mix well & set aside.

-In a marinade, add rice flour, cornflour, water & whisk well.

-Add chicken, apply marinade evenly.
-Cover & marinate for 1 hour.

-In a wok, add cooking oil & heat it (130 C)

-Add marinated chicken pieces, fry on low flame for 10-12 minutes.

-Take a sieve add coconut mixture and fry in the same oil for 1-2 minutes then add curry leaves & green chillies & fry for a minute. Set aside.

-In a bowl add fried chicken & fried coconut mixture coat well & serve.
