Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless cubes 500g
- Knorr chicken powder 1 tbs
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tbs
- Adrak (Ginger) crushed ½ tbs
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tbs
- Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
- Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 1 tbs
- Honey 1 tbs
- Knorr tomato ketchup 2 tbs
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) white part (1 inch piece)
- Cooking oil 1 tsp
- Safed til (Sesame seeds)
Directions:
In a bowladd chicken,chicken powder,black pepper powder,salt,vinegar and mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
In a bowl,add garlic,ginger,red chilli crushed,soy sauce,sesame oil,honey,tomato ketchup & mix well.
Spicy & sweet Korean sauce is ready!
Thread chicken,capsicum and green onion white part into skewers.(Makes 6-7 skewers).
On a griddle,add cooking oil & fry chicken skewers until light golden (1-2 minutes each side).
Now apply prepared sauce generously with brush on all over the skewer & cook from all sides until done (5-6 minutes each side) and keep basting & turning in between.
Sprinkle sesame seeds & serve!

Bowl mein chicken,chicken powder,kali mirch powder,namak aur sirka dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Bowl mein lehsan,adrak,lal mirch crushed,soy sauce,til ka tel,shahad aur tomato ketchup dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.

Shimla mirch,hara pyaz white part aur chicken ko skewers per laga lein (Makes 6-7 skewers).
Tawa per cooking oil dal dein aur skewers ko light godeln hunay tak fry ker lein (1- minutes each side).
Ab skewers per tayyar sauce laga lein aur tamam sides sa pak janay tak paka lein (5-6 minutes each side) aur bech bech mein sauce lagatay rahein aur sides badaltay rahein.
Safed til sprinkle ker ka serve karein!
