Ingredients:

-Boneless chicken cubes 600g
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 1 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs

-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 2 tsp
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 tsp
-Dahi (Yogurt) hung 3 tbs
-Cream 2 tbs
-Cheddar cheese grated 2 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
-Podina (Mint leaves) chopped  1 tbs
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs

-Cream 3 tbs
-Adrak (Ginger) chopped ½ tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced 1-2

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

-Cheddar cheese grated 1-2 tbs

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Makhan (Butter) melted 2 tbs

 

Directions:

-In a bowl,add chicken,green chilli paste,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,black pepper crushed,cardamom powder,cumin seeds,pink salt,coriander seeds & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-Add yogurt,cream,cheddar cheese,all-purpose flour,fresh coriander,mint leaves & mix well.
-Thread chicken pieces in skewers (make 8-10 sticks).
-In a griddle,add cooking oil & cook on medium flame until done (4-5 minutes each side).
-Add cream,ginger,green chilli,fresh coriander,cheddar cheese,black pepper crushed,butter,cover & cook on low flame until cheese melts.
-Serve with naan.
