Ingredients:
-Boneless beef 400g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Water 2 & ½ Cups
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) white part ¼ Cup
-Gajar (Carrot) julienne ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne ¾ Cup
-Band gobhi (Cabbage) 1 & ½ Cup
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Sugar powdered ½ tsp (optional)
-Chicken powder ½ tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Chilli sauce 2 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 tbs
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 2 medium
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves ½ Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup or as required
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Water as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In a pressure cooker,add beef,ginger garlic paste,pink salt,black pepper powder,white pepper powder, water,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & pressure cook until meat is tender (18-20 minutes).
-Take out beef pieces,shred them well & reserve stock for later use (1/2 Cup).
-In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic,mix well & fry for a minute.
-Add spring onion,carrot,capsicum,cabbage,mix well & cook on high flame for a minute.
-Add shredded beef,red chilli crushed,pink salt,white pepper powder,sugar,chicken powder & mix well.
-Add vinegar,soy sauce,chilli sauce & mix well.
-Add all-purpose flour,mix well & cook on high flame for a minute.
-Add reserved stock (½ Cup),mix well & cook on high flame until it dries up.
-Let it cool.
-In a bowl,add potatoes & mash well.
-Add beef & veggies mixture,spring onion leaves & mix until well combined.
-Take a of mixture & make oval shape kababs of equal sizes.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,red chilli crushed,pink salt,gradually add water & whisk well to make a thin batter.
-Now dip kababs in prepared batter.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame from both sides until golden brown (makes 12-14).
-Serve with tomato ketchup!

Directions:
-Pressure cooker mein beef,adrak lehsan paste,pink salt,kali mirch powder,safed mirch powder aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur gosht gul janay tak pressure cook ker lein (18-20 minutes).
-Beef pieces nikal ker shred ker lein aur yakhni ko bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal dein aur ek minute kliya fry ker lein.
-Hara pyaz,gajar,shila mirch aur band gobhi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tez ancch per ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Shredded beef,lal mirch crushed,pink salt,safed mirch powder,cheeni aur chicken powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Sirka,soy sauce aur chilli sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tez ancch per ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Reserved yakhni (1/2 Cup) dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Bowl mein aloo dal ker ache tarhan mash ker lein.
-Beef & veggies mixture aur hara pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Mixture lein aur ek jaisay sizes ka equal kababs bana lein.
-Bowl mein maida,lal mirch crushed,pink salt aur thora thora ker ka pani shail karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Ab kababs ko tayyar batter mein dip ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per dono sides sa golden brown ho janay tak fry ker lein (makes 12-14).
-Tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein!
