Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless ½ kg
- Dahi (Yogurt) hanged ½ Cup
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 2 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Mayonnaise 2 tbs (optional)
- Pyaz (Onion) diced 2 medium
- Red bell pepper cubes ½ Cup
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tbs
- Lemon juice 5-6 tbs
- Zafran (Saffron) 2 pinches
- Garam pani (Hot water) 1 tbs
- Oil 2 tbs
- Charcoal (Koyla) for smoke
Directions:
In bowl,add chicken,yogurt,turmeric powder,salt,mayonnaise,onion,red bell pepper,black pepper powder and lemon juice.
In saffron,add hot water and mix well.
Add dissolve saffron and mix well.
Cover and let it marinate for 6 hours to overnight in refrigerator.
Thread onion,red bell pepper and chicken boneless cubes into skewers and basting with the remaining marinade (makes 10-12).
Heat grill pan and add oil,grill skewers from all sides until done and give a coal smoke for 2 minutes
Serve with rice and grilled vegetables.

Bow mein chicken,dahi,haldee powder,namak,mayonnaise,pyaz,red bell pepper,kali mirch powder aur lemon juice dal dein.
Zafran mein garam pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Dissolve zafran dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Dhak dein aur 6 hours ya overnight kliya refrigerator mein marinate ker lein.
Pyaz,red bell pepper aur chicken boneless cubes ko skewers per laga lein aur baqi bache hoye marinade bhi laga lein (makes 10-12).
Grill pan ko garam karein aur oil dal ker skewers ko tamam sides sa grill ker lein aur 2 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein.
Chawal aur grilled vegetables ka saath serve karein.
