Ingredients:

Prepare Creamy Taco Sauce:

-Mayonnaise ½ Cup

-Ketchup 3 tbs

-Cream ¼ Cup

-Doodh (Milk) 2-3 tbs

-Paprika powder ½ tsp

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp

-lemon juice 1 tbs

Prepare Crispy Beef Tacos:

-Dalda Sunflower oil 2 tbs

-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium

-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 1 tbs

-Beef Qeema (mince) 500g

-Tomato paste 3 tbs

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Dried Oregano 1 tsp

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp

-Zeera (Cumin seeds) finely crushed 1 tsp

-Paprika powder 1 tsp

-Cornflour 1 tsp

-Chicken stock ½ Cup (Dissolve 1 chicken cube in ½ cup water)

-Tortilla wrap 6-7 (6 inches)

-Mozzarella & Cheddar cheese ½ cup or as required

-Dalda Sunflower oil 2-3 tbs

 

Direction:
Prepare Creamy Taco Sauce:

-In a bowl, add mayonnaise, ketchup, cream, milk, paprika powder, pink salt, red chilli crushed, garlic powder, lemon juice, whisk well, creamy taco sauce is ready, set aside.
Prepare Crispy Beef Tacos:

-In a pan, add oil, heat it.

-Add onion, garlic, mix well, cook on medium flame until translucent.

-Add beef mince, mix well, cook on medium flame until it changes color.

-Add tomato paste, pink salt, oregano, red chilli powder, black pepper crushed, cumin crushed, paprika powder, cornflour & mix well.

-Cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes or until it dries up.

-Add chicken stock, mix well, cover & cook on low flame for 5 minutes.

-Remove cover, mix well, cook on high flame until it dries up.

-Place tortilla on a cutting board, add mozzarella & cheddar cheese & spread on half of tortilla, add cooked mince (2-3 tbs), add more cheese & fold the tortilla.

-In a pan, add oil, & heat it.

-Add prepared tacos, fry on medium flame until golden & crispy from both sides.

-Serve with prepared creamy taco sauce & tomato salsa!
