Ingredients:
-Sugar 1 & ½ Cup
-Water 2-3 tbs
-Water 2 & ½ Cup
-Cornflour ½ Cup
-Desi Ghee (Clarified butter) 5-6 tbs
-Zafran (Saffron) ½ tsp (soak in 2 tbs water)
-Rose water 1 tsp
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
-Mix dry fruit (Roasted) 1 Cup
-Desi Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tbs
Direction:
-In a wok, add sugar & water. Cook on low flame until sugar caramelizes (stir pot in between).
-In a jug, add cornflour, water & whisk until well combined.
-Add the cornflour mixture in caramelized sugar, mix until well combined.
-Add clarified butter, mix well, cook on medium flame for 15-20 minutes or until it leaves the sides of the wok.
-Add saffron, rose water, green cardamom powder, mix well, cook on low flame for 5 minutes
-Add roasted mixed dry fruit, mix well, & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Garnish with sesame seeds & mixed dry fruit & serve!

-Wok mein cheeni aur pani dalein aur halki aanch par pakaen jab tak cheeni caramelize ho jaye (beech beech mein pot ko hilaate rahen).
-Ek jug mein cornflour aur pani dalein aur whisk karen jab tak achi tarah mix ho jaye.
-Cornflour mixture ko caramelized sugar mein dalein aur achi tarah mix karen.
-Ghee dalein, mix karen aur medium aanch par 15-20 minutes tak pakaen ya jab tak mixture wok ke kinare chhor de.
-Zafran, gulab ka arq aur hari elaichi powder dalein, mix karen aur halki aanch par 5 minutes pakaen.
-Roasted mixed dry fruits dalein, mix karen aur medium aanch par 1-2 minutes pakaen.
-Til aur mixed dry fruits se garnish karen aur serve karen!
