Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 250 gms
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) chopped 2 Cups
- Hari mirch (Green chilies) 7-8
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) 1 medium
- Soy sauce 1 tbs
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Chicken cube ½
- Oil 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Anda (Egg) beaten 1
- Wonton wraps
- Oil for frying
Directions:
Pat dry chicken boneless cubes with kitchen tissue.
In chopper,add chicken boneless cubes,green onion,green chilies,capsicum,soy sauce,black pepper powder,chicken cube,oil,salt and chop until well combined & set aside.
Take wanton wrap,add 1 tbs mixture in the center,apply egg at the edges,fold in triangular shape & seal all sides.
Apply egg on one side of triangle and overlap to form wonton shape (makes 25-30).
In wok,heat oil and fry until golden brown.
Can be stored up to one month in freezer.

Chopper mein chicken boneless cubes,hara pyaz,hari mirch,shimla mirch,soy sauce,kali mirch powder, chicken cube,oil aur namak dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein aur side per rakh dein.
Wonton wrap ko center mein 1 tbs mixture rakh dein,edges mein anda laga lein,triangular shape mein fold ker lein & tamam sides ko seal ker lein.
Triangle ka ek side per anda laga lein aur overlap ker ka wonton ki shape bana lein (makes 25-30).
Karhai mein oil garam karein aur golden brown fry ker lein.
Freezer mein 1 month tak store ker saktay han.
