Ingredients:
Prepare Mango & Cream Layer:
-Aam (Mango) cubes 3 Cups
-Ice cubes as required
-Olper’s cream chilled 1 Cup
-Sugar powdered 3 tbs
-Cream cheese 150g
Prepare Coconut Ganache:
-White chocolate grated 70g
-Olper’s cream 100ml
-Coconut milk powder 4 tbs
-Coconut essence few drops
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 2 tbs
Prepare Cereal Layer:
-White chocolate grated 50g
-Honey pops cereal 70g
-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 4 tbs
Assembling:
-Pound cake slices as required
-Sweetened milk or sugar syrup
-Aam (Mango)
-Mango puree
-Podina (Mint leaves)
Directions:
Prepare Mango & Cream Layer:
-In a blending jar,add mango,blend well to make a puree & set aside.
-In a large bowl,add ice cubes,place another bowl in it,add cream,sugar & beat on low speed for 30 seconds then beat on high speed until stiff peaks form.
-In another bowl,add cream cheese,prepared mango puree,mix well & add in whipped cream & fold until well combined & set aside.
Prepare Coconut Ganache:
-In a bowl,add white chocolate,cream,coconut milk powder,coconut essence & microwave for 90 seconds (check & mix after every 30 seconds) then whisk well until smooth.
-Add butter & mix well,cover with cling film & refrigerate until chilled.
-Take out ganache from refrigerator & beat on medium speed for 2 minutes & set aside.
Prepare Cereal Layer:
-In a bowl,add white chocolate & microwave for 90 seconds (check & mix after every 30 seconds) then mix well until smooth.
-Add corn pops cereal & coat well.
-Add desiccated coconut,cover & shake well.Cereal layer is ready!
Assembling:
-In a serving dish,place cake slices,pour sweetened milk,add & spread prepared mango & cream layer.
-Add & spread prepared coconut ganache & garnish with cereal layer,mango,mango puree & mint leaves
-Serve chilled.

-Ek bade bowl mein ice cubes daal kar doosra bowl rakhain,usmein cream aur cheeni daal kar low speed par 30 seconds ke liye beat karein,phir high speed par beat karein jab tak stiff peaks na ban jayein.
-Ek alag bowl mein cream cheese aur tayar mango puree daal kar achi tarah mix karein,phir whipped cream mein daal kar fold karein jab tak sab kuch ache se mix na ho jaye & side par rakh dein.
Prepare Coconut Ganache:
-Bowl mein chocolate,cream,coconut milk powder aur coconut essence dal kar mix karein phir microwave mein 90 seconds ke liye rakhein (har 30 seconds ke baad check karke mix zaroor karein) phir smooth ho jay tak ache tarhan whisk karein.
-Makhan dal ker ache tarhan mix Karen aur cling film sa cover ker ka thanda ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein.
-Ganache ko refrigertor sa nikal lein aur medium speed per 2 minutes kliya beat ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Cereal Layer:
-Ek bowl mein white chocolate dal kar microwave karein 90 seconds ke liye (har 30 seconds ke baad mix karte rahein) phir smooth ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Honey pops cereal dal kar achi tarah coat karein.
-Khopra dal dein aur dhak ker achi tarah shake karein.Cereal layer tayar hai!
Assembling:
-Serving dish mein cake slices rakh ker sweetened doodh pour ker lein aur mango & cream layer dal ker pheele lein.
-Tayyar coconut ganache dal ker pheela lein,cereal layer,mango,mango puree aur podina sa garnish ker lein.
-Thanda serve karein!
