Ingredients:
Prepare Kulfi Mixture:
-Olper’s milk 750ml
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-4
-Sugar ¼ Cup or to taste
-Zafran (Saffron strands) ¼ tsp
-Cornflour 1 tbs
-Olper’s milk 2-3 tbs
-Khoya 70g
Prepare Cream & Nuts Mixture:
-Ice cubes
-Olper’s cream chilled 300g
-Sugar powdered 3 tbs
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Pista (Pistachios) chopped 2 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) chopped 2 tbs
Assembling:
-Plain cake cubes
-Badam (Almonds) chopped
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
-Dried rose petals
-Chandi warq (Silver edible leaf)
Directions:
Prepare Kulfi Mixture:
-In a wok,add milk,green cardamom,sugar & mix well.
-Add saffron strands & mix well,bring it to boil & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Remove cardamom pods from milk.
-In cornflour,add milk & mix well.
-Now add dissolved cornflour in milk,mix well & cook until it thickens (1-2 minutes).
-Add khoya,mix well & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Let it cool.
Prepare Cream & Nuts Mixture:
-In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place a bowl in it.
-Add cream & beat well for 2-3 minutes.
-Add sugar,vanilla essence & beat until soft peaks form.
-Add pistachios,almonds,fold gently & transfer to a piping bag.
Assembling:
-In a dish,add & spread prepared cream mixture,add plain cake,prepared kulfi mixture,prepared cream & nuts mixture,plain cake,prepared kulfi mixture,prepared cream & nuts mixture & refrigerate until chilled (3-4 hours).
-Garnish with almonds,pistachios,dried rose petals,silver edible leaf & serve chilled!

-Karahi mein doodh,hari elaichi aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Zafran dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Elaichi pods ko doodh mein sa hata lein.
-Cornflour mein doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab dissolved cornflour ko doodh mein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur garha ho janay tak paka lein (1-2 minutes).
-Khoya dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kluiya paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
Prepare Cream & Nuts Mixture:
-Baday bowl mein ice cubes dal ker ek aur bowl rakh dein.
-Cream dal dein aur 2-3 minutes kliya ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Cheeni aur vanilla essence dal dein aur soft peaks form ho janay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Pista aur badam dal ker gently fold ker lein aur piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
Assembling:
-Dish mein tayyar cream mixture dal ker pheela lein,plain cake,tayyar kulfi mixture,tayyar cream & nuts mixture,plain cake,tayyar kulfi mixture aur tayyar cream & nuts mixture dal dein aur thanda ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein (3-4 hours).
-Badam,pista,dried rose petals aur chandi warq sa garnish ker ka thanda serve karein.
