Ingredients:
- Paani (Water) 2 cups
- Cheeni (Sugar) 2 cups
- Laung (Cloves) 4
- Zarde ka rang (Food color) 1 pinch
- Saib (Golden apples) cut & peeled ½ kg medium
- Leemo ka rus (Lemon juice) 1 tbs
- Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
Directions:
Cut,peel and keep apples in salt water for 15 minutes.(Namak (salt) ½ tsp + pani (water) cold 2 cup or as required).
In pot,add water,sugar and cloves,mix it and bring it to boil. Cook until sugar dissolves.
Add food color and mix well.
Add apple slices, lemon juice and cardamom powder, mix it.
Cover and cook until apples are soft and sugar syrup is thick. (Approx. 30-35 minutes) and let it cool.
Apple murabba is ready.
Tips:
- You can store at room temperature or refrigerate.
- Always use clean and dry jars.
- Don’t use wet or used spoon.

Apples ko cut ker k peel karein aur apple slices ko namak walay pani mein 15 minutes kliya chor dein.
(Namak (salt) ½ tsp + pani (water) cold 2 cup or as required)
Pot mein pani,cheeni aur laung dal ker ubal anay aur cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein.
Zarde ka rang dal ker mix karein.
Saib ka slices,leemo ka rus aur elaichi powder dal ker mix ker lein.
Dhak ker saib gul janay aur sheera garha hunay tak paka lein. (Approx.30-35 minutes) aur thanda ker lein.
-Saib ka murabba tayyar hai.
