Ingredients:
- Pani (Water) 1 Cup
- Makhan (Butter) 200 g
- Dahi (Yogurt) thick ½ Cup
- Anday (Eggs) 2
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 3/4 Cup
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups
Frosting:
- Makhan (Butter) 75 g
- Doodh (Milk) 3 tbs
- Icing sugar 2 & ½ Cups
- Vanilla essence ½ tsp
- Multi colored sprinkles
Directions:
In saucepan,add water and butter,let it melt and bring it to boil & mix well.
Let it cool.
In bowl,add yogurt,eggs,vanilla essence and whisk well.
Add salt,baking soda,caster sugar,all-purpose flour,melted butter mixture and whisk until well combined.
Grease baking dish/pan (8 x 12”) with cooking oil,pour prepared batter and spread evenly.
Bake in preheated oven at 175 C for 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
After baking,let it cool down at room temperature.
Prepare Frosting:
In saucepan,add butter and milk,let it melt and bring it to boil.
Remove from flame,add icing sugar and whisk well.
Add vanilla essence,whisk again & let it cool.
Now pour prepared frosting over cake.
Decorate with multi colored sprinkle.
Cut into desired pieces & serve!

Namak,baking soda,bareek cheeni,maida aur melted makhan mixture dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Baking dish/pan (8 x 12”) ko cooking oil sa grease ker lein aur tayyar batter dal ker pheela lein.
Preheated oven mein 175 C per 20 minutes ya skewer clean anay tak bake ker lein.
Baking ka bad cake ko room temperature per thanda ker lein.
Prepare Frosting:
Saucepan mein makhan aur doodh dal ker melt ker lein aur ubal anay dein.
Chulhay sa hata lein aur icing sugar dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Vanilla essence dal ker dubara whisk ker lein & thanda ker lein
Tayyar frosting ko cake per dal dein.
Multi colored sprinkles sa decorate ker lein.
Desired pieces mein cut ker sa serve karein!
