Ingredients:

Prepare Spicy Mayo Sauce:

-Mayonnaise ¾ Cup

-Chilli garlic sauce 3 tbs

-Lemon juice 1 tsp

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp

-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch or to taste

Prepare Grilled Chicken:

-Boneless chicken 400g

-Hot sauce 1 tbs

-Lemon juice 1 tsp

-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tsp

-Paprika powder 1 tsp

-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp

-Cooking oil 1 tbs

-Nurpur Butter salted 2 tbs

Prepare Egg Omelette: 

-Anda (Egg) 1

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste

-Himalayan pink salt to taste

-Cooking oil 1 tsp

-Nurpur Butter salted 1 tbs

-Nurpur Butter salted

-Sandwich bread slices

Assembling:

-Cheddar cheese slice

-Tamatar (Tomato) slices

-Kheera (Cucumber) slices

-Salad patta (Lettuce leaves)

 

Directions:

Prepare Spicy Mayo Sauce:

-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,chilli garlic sauce,lemon juice,garlic powder,pink salt,mix well & set aside.

Prepare Grilled Chicken:

-In a bowl,add chicken,hot sauce,lemon juice,garlic paste,paprika powder,pink salt,black pepper powder & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.

-On non-stick pan,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.

-Add marinated chicken & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes,flip,cover & cook on low flame until chicken is done (5-6 minutes).

-Cut chicken into slices & set aside.

Prepare Egg Omelette: 

-In a bowl,add egg,black pepper crushed,pink salt & whisk well.

-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.

-Add whisked egg & cook on medium flame from both sides until done & set aside.

-Trim edges of bread slices.

-Grease non-stick griddle with butter & toast bread slice from both sides until light golden.

Assembling:

-On one toasted bread slice,add & spread prepared spicy mayo sauce,add prepared grilled chicken slices & prepared egg omelette.

-Spread prepared spicy mayo sauce on another toasted bread slice & flip it on omelette then spread prepared spicy mayo sauce on top side of bread slice.

-Place cheddar cheese slice,tomato slices,cucumber slices,lettuce leaves & spread prepared spicy mayo sauce on another toasted bread slice & flip it to make a sandwich.

-Cut into triangles & serve (makes 4 sandwiches)!
