Ingredients:
- Beef qeema (Mince) 350 gms
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Makhan (Butter) 1 & ½ tbs
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1/4 Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1/4 Cup
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
- Onion powder 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce ½ tbs
- Tomato ketchup ½ Cup
- Mustard paste 1 & ½ tbs
- Yakhni (Stock) ½ Cup
- Corn flour 1 tbs
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tsp
- Makhan (Butter)
- Bread of your choice
- Cheddar cheese grated
- Mozzarella cheese grated
Directions:
In frying pan,add beef mince,black pepper crushed,salt and mix well until changes color.
Add butter and mix well.
Add capsicum,onion,garlic powder,onion powder,Worcestershire sauce,mix well and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Add tomato ketchup,mustard paste,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
In stock,add corn flour and mix well.
Now add dissolve corn flour,mix well and cook on high flame for 4-5 minutes.
Add red chili crushed,mix well & set aside.
On griddle,add butter and let it melt.
Cut bread from the center and toast bread slices.
Add cheddar cheese,cooked beef filling,mozzarella cheese and top with another bun (makes 3-4).
Cover for 1 minute until cheese melts & serve!

Fryin pan mein beef qeema,kali mirch crushed aur namak dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein
Makhan shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Shimla mirch,pyaz,lehsan powder,onion powder aur Worcestershire sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
Tomato ketchup aur mustard paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Yakhni mein corn flour dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab dissolve corn flour ko beef qeema mein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tez ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Tawa per makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
Bread ko bech mein sa cut karein aur toast ker lein.
Cheddar cheese,cooked qeema filling aur mozzarella cheese dal ker upper sa dosra bun rakh dein (makes 3-4).
Cheese melt hunay tak 1 minute kliya dhak dein & serve karein.
