Ingredients:
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Tikka masala 1 tbs
- Chicken boneless cubes 350g
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
Scrambled Eggs:
- Anday (Eggs) 4
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
- Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
- Doodh (Milk) 2 tbs
- Makhan (Butter) ½ tbs
Mayo Sauce:
- Mayonnaise ½ Cup
- Tomato ketchup 2 tbs
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
Assembling:
- Croissants 3-4
- Cheese slices
- Kheera (Cucumber) slices
Directions:
In a bowl,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,tikka masala,chicken boneless cubes,mix well & set aside.
In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken,mix well & cook until chicken is tender & dries up (approx. 8-10 minutes) & set aside.
Scrambled Eggs:
In a bowl add eggs,salt,black pepper powder & whisk well.
In a frying pan,add butter & let it melt.
Add whisked eggs,stir gently and cook on low flame until eggs start cooking.
Add milk,mix continuously & cook for 1 minute.
Add butter,mix well (don’t overcook) & set aside.
Mayo Sauce:
In a bowl,add mayonnaise,tomato ketchup,garlic powder,black pepper crushed and mix well.
Assembling:
Cut croissants into two halves.
Add prepared mayo sauce,chicken tikka cubes,cheese slices,prepared scrambled eggs,cucumber slices & croissant on top (makes 3-4).
Serve croissants breakfast sandwich with tea!

Frying pan mein cooking oil aur chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur chicken gul janay aur sukh janay tak paka lein (approx. 8-10 minutes) & side per rakh dein.
Scrambled Eggs:
Bowl mein anday,namak aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
Frying pan mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
Whisked anday dal ker gently stir karein aur halki ancch per anday kop aka lein.
Doodh dal ker musalsal mix kertay rahein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
Makhan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein (don’t overcook) & side per rakh dein.
Mayo Sauce:
Bowl mein mayonnaise,tomato ketchup,lehsan powder aur kali mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Assembling:
Croissant ko do hisson mein cut ker lein.
Tayyar mayo sauce,chicken tikka cubes,cheese slices,tayyar scrambled eggs aur kheera slices aur top per croissant rakh dein (makes 3-4).
