Ingredients:
-Beef qeema (Mince) 600g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Kacha papita (Raw papaya) paste 1 & ½ tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
-Cream 2 tbs
-Baisan (Gram flour) roasted 2 tbs
-Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp
-Javitri powder (Mace powder) ¼ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ½ tsp
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) 8-9
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 medium
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-In a bowl,add beef mince,ginger garlic paste,raw papaya paste & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-In a bowl,add yogurt,cream,gram flour,nutmeg powder,mace powder,black pepper powder,red chili powder,coriander powder,pink salt,turmeric powder,cardamom powder,cinnamon powder & mix well.
-In marinated mince,add spiced yogurt,mix well & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,cashew nuts & fry until golden & set aside.
-In the same wok,add capsicum,sauté for a minute & set aside.
-In the same wok,add cooking oil,marinated mince,mix well & cook on high flame until moisture reduces & oil separates (8-10 minutes).
-Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes,check in between & add water if required then cook on high flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Now add fried cashew nuts,capsicum & mix well.
-Give coal smoke for 2 minutes.
-Add fresh coriander & serve with naan!

-Bowl mein dahi,cream,baisan,jaifil powder,javitri powder,kali mirch powder,lal mirch powder,dhania powder,pink salt,haldi powder,elaichi powder aur darchini powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Marinated beef mein spiced yogurt dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil aur kaju dal ker golden ho janay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Us he karahi mein Shimla mirch dal ker ek minute kliya sauté ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-U s he karahi mein cooking oil aur marinated qeema dal ker ache tarhan mix karein,moisture reduce aur tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (8-10minutes).
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 20-25 minutes kliya paka lein,bech mein check ker lein aur agar zarorat ho tou pani dal dein phir tez ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Ab fried kaju aur Shimla mirch dal ker ix ker lein.
-2 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein.
-Hara dhania dal dein aur naan ka saath serve karein!
