Ingredients:
-Chicken drumsticks 7-8
-Paprika powder 1 tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Red bell pepper cubes ½ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 7-8
-Lemon zest ½ tsp
-Sukhi lal mirch (Dried red chillies) 3-4
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2
-Tomato paste 1 tbs
-Cayenne pepper 1 & ½ tsp
-Dried oregano 1 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Brown sugar 2 tsp
-Sirka (Vinegar) 3 tbs
-Lemon juice 3 tbs
-Cooking oil 3 tbs
-Water 2 tbs or as required
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Cornflour 1 tsp
-Water 3 tbs
Directions:
-Make deep cuts on chicken drumsticks with the help of a knife.
-In a bowl,add drumsticks,paprika powder,black pepper powder,pink salt & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-In a blending jar,add red bell pepper,onion,garlic,lemon zest,dried red chillies,green chillies,tomato paste,cayenne pepper,dried oregano,pink salt,brown sugar,vinegar,lemon juice,cooking oil,water & blend well.
-In drumsticks,add prepared marinade & mix well,cover & marinate for 1 hour.
-Place marinated drumsticks on oven grill.
-Now cook on grill for 20 minutes.
-Apply remaining marinade on all drumsticks then tuen side & repeat & cook on grill for 20 minutes (use remaining marinade to make peri peri dip sauce).
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,remaining marinade,mix well & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add water & mix well.
-In cornflour,add water & mix well.
-Now add dissolved cornflour,mix well & cook on low flame until it thickens (1-2 minutes).
-Serve with onion rings & sauce!

-Bowl mein drumsticks,paprika powder,kali mirch powder aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Blending jar mein red bell pepper,lehsan,lemon zest,sukhi lal mirch,hari mirchein,tomato pas,cayenne pepper,dried oregano,pink salt,brown sugar,sirk,lemon juice,cooking oil aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
-Drumsticks mein tayyar marinade dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1 hour kliya marinate ker lein.
-Marinated drumsticks ko oven grill per rakh dein.
-Grill per 20 minutes kliya cook ker lein.
-Remaining marinade ko tamam drumsticks per laga lein phir turn ker ka grill per 20 minutes kliya cook ker lein (use remaining marinade to make peri peri dip sauce).
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur remaining marinade dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Cornflour mein pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Ab dissolved cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (1-2 minutes).
-Pyaz rings & sauce ka saath serve karein!
