Ingredients:

Overnight Oats with Strawberry Almonds:

  • Instant oats ½ Cup
  • Chia seeds 1 tbs
  • Dahi (Yogurt) thick& whisked ¼ Cup
  • Honey 2 tbs or to taste
  • Strawberry chopped ¼ Cup
  • Doodh (Milk) low fat 1 Cup
  • Berry jam
  • Mixed nuts chopped
  • Strawberries chopped

Overnight Oats with Banana & Chocolate:

  • Instant oats ½ Cup
  • Chia seeds 1 tbs
  • Dahi (Yogurt) thick & whisked ¼ Cup
  • Banana sliced 1
  • Chocolate chunks 1 tbs
  • Cocoa powder ½ tbs
  • Doodh (Milk) low fat 1 Cup
  • Chocolate chunks
  • Banana slices

Overnight Oats with Apple & Dates:

  • Instant oats ½ Cup
  • Chia seeds 1 tbs
  • Dahi (Yogurt) thick & whisked ¼ Cup
  • Khajoor (Dates) chopped 3-4
  • Mixed nuts chopped 1 tbs
  • Saib (Apple) peeled & grated ½ Cup
  • Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ¼ tsp
  • Doodh (Milk) low fat 1 Cup
  • Mixed nuts chopped
  • Khajoor (Dates) chopped
  • Saib (Apple) slices

Ingredients:

Overnight Oats with Strawberry Almonds:

In a mason jar,add instant oats,chia seeds,yogurt,honey,strawberries,milk & mix well,cover & refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight.

Garnish with berry jam,mixed nuts,strawberry & serve!

Serves 1-2

Overnight Oats with Banana & Chocolate:

In a glass,add instant oats,chai seeds,yogurt,banana (mash with the help of fork),chocolate chunks,cocoa powder,milk and mix well,cover & refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight.

Garnish with chocolate chunks,banana slices & serve!
