Ingredients:
- Nurpur Butter unsalted 150g
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ¼ Cup
- Cocoa powder 1/3 Cup
- Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
- Anday (Eggs) 3 (room temperature)
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 Cup
- Doodh (Milk) warm ¼ Cup
- Icing sugar
Directions:
Grease the base of 7-inch springform pan with butter,dust all-purpose flour & remove excess.
In a bowl,add butter & microwave for 40-50 seconds & set aside.
In another bowl place sifter,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,pink salt & sift well.
Add whisked eggs,melted butter,vanilla essence,caster sugar & whisk well.
Add warm milk & whisk well until smooth.
Pour prepared cake batter on springform pan & spread evenly.
Bake in preheated oven at 165°C for 25 minutes (on lower grill with fan on).-Let it cool.
Sprinkle icing sugar & serve!

Bowl mein makhan dal ker 40-50 seconds kliya microwave ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Alag bowl mein sifter rakh dein,maida,cocoa powder aur pink salt dal ker sift ker lein.
Whisked anday,melted makhan,vanilla essence aur bareek cheeni dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Warm doodh dal dein aur smooth ho janay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Tayyar cake batter ko springform pan mein dal ker evenly pheela lein.
Preheated oven mein 165C per 25 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on lower grill with fan on).
Thanda ker lein.
Icing sugar dal ker serve karein!
