Ingredients:
- Anday (Eggs) 6 boiled
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) powder ½ tsp
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 1 tbs
- Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
- Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup
- Baisan (Gram flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cup
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
- Baking soda ½ tsp
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Ajwain (Carom seeds) 1 tsp
- Yellow food color 1 pinch
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tsp
- Water 3/4 Cup or as required
- Cooking oil for frying
- Chaat masala
Directions:
In a bowl,add eggs & mash well.
Add salt,black pepper powder,green chilli,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,mash well & set aside.
In a bowl,add gram flour,red chilli powder,salt,cumin seeds,baking soda,turmeric powder,chaat masala, garam masala powder,carom seeds,yellow food color and ginger garlic paste.
Gradually add water and whisk well until thick batter is formed.
Cover & let it rest for 15 minutes.
Take a mixture and make balls of equal sizes then dip into prepared batter.
In a wok,add cooking oil,heat it and fry egg pakora on medium flame until golden brown.
Sprinkle chaat masala & serve with green chutney.

Bowl mein anday dal ker ache tarhan mash ker lein.
Namak,kali mirch powder,hari mirch,cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal ker ache tarhan mash karein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein baisan,lal mirch powder,namak,zeera,baking soda,halee powder,chaat masala,garam masala powder,ajwain,yellow food color aur adrak lehsan paste dal dein.
Thora thora ker pani shamil karein aur thick batter bannay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Dhak dein aur 15 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Mixture ko lein aur ek jaisay sizes ki balls tayyar ker lein phir tayyar batter mein dip ker lein.
Karhai mein cooking oil dal ker garam karein aur egg pakora ko darmiyani ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Chaat masala dal ker hari chutney ka saath serve karein!
