Ingredients:
- Makhan (Butter) melted 2 tbs
- Hot sauce ½ Cup
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
- Chicken boiled & shredded 2 Cups
- Gajar (Carrot) grated 1/2 Cup
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves ½ Cup
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
- Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs or as required
- Pani (Water) 1-2 tbs
- Samosa wraps (Manda patti) 14-15
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
In bowl,add butter,hot sauce,lemon juice,garlic powder and mix well.Buffalo sauce is ready!
Add chicken,carrots,green onion leaves,black pepper crushed,salt,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese, mix well & set aside.
In all-purpose flour,add water and mix well to make a smooth paste & set aside.
Take samosa wraps,apply flour paste and make pocket,add chicken filling in the center and fold into the shape of cone and apply flour mixture on the edges and bring the edges together and seal the edges properly (makes 14-15).
Can be kept in freezer for up to 2-3 weeks.
In wok,heat cooking oil and fry cones until golden brown & crispy.

Chicken,gajar,hara pyaz,kali mirch crushed,namak,cheddar cheese aur mozzarella chesse dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Maida mein pani dal dein aur ache tarhan mix ker ka smooth paste tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Manda patti lein aur maida ka paste laga ker pocket bana lein aur chicken filling ko center mein bhar dein aur cone ki shape bana lein aur corners ko maida ka paste sa seal ker lein (makes 14-15).
2-3 weeks tak freezer mein store ker saktay han.
Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur cones ko golden brown & crispy hunay tak fry ker lein.
