Ingredients:

-Tikka masala 1 & ½ tbs

-Lemon juice 2 tbs

-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs

-Bbq sauce 1 & ½ tbs

-Chicken fillets 500g

-Cooking oil 1 & ½ tbs

-Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke

-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs

-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 medium

-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs

-Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup

-Olper’s Milk 1 & ½ Cup

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp

-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp

-Olper’s Cream ½ Cup

-Fresh basil leaves chopped 1 tbs

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs

-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup

-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup or as required

-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2

-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required

-Cooking oil for frying

 

Directions:

-In a frying pan,add tikka masala,lemon juice,ginger garlic paste,bbq sauce & mix well.

-Add chicken fillets,coat well,cover & marinate 15 minutes.

-Add cooking oil,turn on the flame & cook on low flame until done (5 minutes each side).

-Remove from flame & shred the chicken with the help of fork.

-Give coal smoke for 2 minutes.

-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,onion,garlic,mix well & sauté for 2 minutes.

-Add all-purpose flour,mix well & cook for a minute.

-Add milk,mix well & cook until it thickens.

-Add red chilli crushed,pink salt,black pepper powder & mix well.

-Turn off the flame,add cream,fresh basil leaves,fresh coriander & mix well.

-Now add shredded chicken,mozzarella cheese & mix until well combined.

-With the help of greased hands,take small quantity of mixture (60g) & make a ball.

-Coat with all-purpose flour then dip into whisked eggs & coat with breadcrumbs.

-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 month in freezer.

-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry croquettes on medium flame until golden brown.

-Serve with tomato ketchup (makes 20)!
