Ingredients:
-Baisan (Gram flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cup
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) 1 & ½ tbs
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Chaat masala 1 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tsp (optional)
-Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) ¼ tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 medium
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tsp
-Water as required
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 2 bunches
-Cooking oil for frying
Prepare Green Chutney:
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 2-3
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Tatri (Citric acid) ¼ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ¼ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
Direction:
-In a dish,add gram flour,red chilli powder,pink salt,coriander seeds,rice flour,cumin powder,turmeric powder,chaat masala,red chilli crushed,chicken powder,orange food color,green chilli,ginger garlic paste,gradually add water & whisk until well combined & let it rest for 15 minutes.
-Take a bunch of fresh coriander,place 3 stalks aside,cut stems & reserve for later use then divide the remaining fresh coriander into 3 parts,pick up one stalk & tie one bunch,similarly tie 3 bunches.
-In frying pan,heat cooking oil,dip one bunch in pakora batter & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy,take out then cut into small pieces & fry again for 1-2 minutes.
Prepare Green Chutney:
-In a blending jar,add reserved fresh coriander stems,garlic,green chillies,yogurt,red chilli powder,citric acid,cumin powder,pink salt & blend well.
-Serve dhania pakora with green chutney!

-Dish mein baisan,lal mirch powder,pink salt,sabut dhania,chawal ka atta,zeera powder,haldi powder,chaat masala,lal mirch crushed,chicken powder,zarda ka rang,hari mirch,adrak lehsan paste aur thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur 15 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Hara dhania ka bunch lein aur 3 stalks alag ker lein aur stems ko cut ker ka bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein phir bunch ko 3 parts mein divide ker lein aur stalk sa bunch ko tie ker lein,is he tarhan baqi bunches bhi tie ker lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur ek bunch ko pakora batter mein dip karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein phir nikal ker small pieces mein cut karein aur dubara 1-2 minutes kliya fry ker lein.
Prepare Green Chutney:
-Blending jar mein reserved fresh coriander stems,lehsan,hari mirchein,dahi,lal mirch powder,tatri,zeera powder aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
-Dhania pakora ko green chutney ka satah serve karein!
